 New Additions to the Rental Program Feb 2010 Thursday, March 4, 2010 This month we are happy to offer three new rental properties. All three properties should fit well in our market as they all have a lot to offer!
Seair Retreat (074) – Excellent Price, great location!
 Suite A (074A) Offers a spacious feel with recently updated bedding, a brand new 32” flat screen tv. What is so great about this property is it is less than 25 yards to the surf. You can listen to the surf from the suite. It is really exceptional. Great for couples or small groups up to 3 people are allowed. This is one of the least expensive rentals on the island. Golf cart or bikes can be rented for an extra fee.
Suite B (074B) offers two bedrooms and a kitchenette. This is the least expensive vacation rental on the island. Rates start as low as $870 per week. Great water, a flat screen tv, DSL and satellite make this a great little getaway at a low cost.
Seair Retreat (074) – Rent both Suite A & B together and get 1 golf cart included. Awesome getaway for friends and family.
All Conched Out (176) – Brand New High End 3 bedroom, 3 bath pool home with Jacuzzi!
All Conched Out is an amazing brand new three bedroom home totally designed to be a rental machine. This lovely three bedroom home is professionally decorated, has all flat screen TV’s through out, satellite tv, dsl, gourmet kitchen, Jacuzzi and pool, screen porch, very versatile bedding arrangements and is a spacious open floor plan. Keylime High (150) – The ultimate pool party house with every conceivable amenity!
I love Keylime High, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath pool home is just a block to the beach with incredible sunset views over the gulf. The amenities offered are swimming pool, Jacuzzi, full pool side bar with flat screen tv (bring your own party) reverse osmosis water, lifted golf cart, lots of decks and large screen porch, 4 color tvs, dsl, satelite, ping pong table, hammocks and more! Best news is it is wide open for summer and offers great rates!

 Palm Court (280) – The Ultimate beach front home!
I must say, Palm Court is a treasure now. The owners have made this great location an amazing property with everything done to the highest standards. Recently, all the bed quilts were changed out to high end Ralph Lauren brand and the sheets were upgraded to 800 count, new deck recliner chairs were added to the patio and perhaps the most apparent change was the investment made in furniture & accessories to fill out the decor. This included a significant expansion of artwork, decorative items, lamps, photos & frames, etc., all of which are reflected in the recent photos. Outside, palm trees were trimmed as were other vegetation. The area around the driveway was landscaped; palm trunks were embedded along the driveway and along the road encasing the adjoining lot. There were also additional plantings to add fullness & color. This is an amazing place and guest are in awe with North Captiva when they depart Palm Court!
 Shore to Please (171) – An amazing transformation!
Recently Shore to Please was purchased by a new owner and some of you may remember Serenity, the prior name of Shore to Please. The new owner is very excited to offer a top notch property that will leave a memorable experience for visiting guests. The home is a great design and the prior owners pretty much furnished it well enough to get by in the rental program. The new owner went over the top and added a needed 4th bedroom, a Jacuzzi, offers two golf carts, new blinds, comforters and high quality sheets, upgraded the landscaping and bought every kitchen amenity you might desire. Shore to Please is just as it sounds now, Shore to Please!
