The Main House is artfully decorated with subtle touches throughout to evoke the spirit of the islands. It has an open floor plan to allow for maximum utilization of the space. The great room provides plenty of seating room and has two sliding glass doors that open to the screened in porch, all overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is fully appointed with appliances and has a breakfast bar with seating for three. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the second floor of the house. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor in its own private apartment, complete with kitchen and living room.

The Second House is decorated in a subtle Floridian style that rouses the feel of the Sunshine state. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Just like its sister house it has an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully appointed with a conventional and convection oven. The living room and kitchen open onto the screened in porch over looking the ocean.
