Fabulous beachfront home has a private dock, private beach, manicured grounds and screened-in porch overlooking the water. Watch the dolphin go by and see the tarpon jumping in the sun. If you like to fish, this dock is the premier spot on the island, adjacent to Captiva Pass. You can clean your catch at the dock’s cleaning station and grill it right outside. Or jump in your private golf cart and roll down to Barnacle Phil’s for a cold beer and a fish taco, hike out to the nature preserve where the tortoises roam, or lounge on your private beach with a novel and a frozen beverage. Head down to the North Captiva Island Club, included with your stay, and enjoy one of the two pools, the clay tennis courts, the pool bar and grill, or a complimentary kayak or bike ride. This is the island to come to for relaxation, and this is the house to do it in. Island Time cottage lies within 100 feet of the water, and the views are simply stunning.
