Island Time II’s grounds offer plenty of room to play and relax. Right off its docks is one of the best fishing spots the Island has to offer. After a long day of reeling in the big catch take a leisurely nap in one of the hammocks nestled between palm trees as the sound of the ocean lulls you to sleep.

The house is artfully decorated with subtle touches throughout to evoke the spirit of the islands. It has an open floor plan to allow for maximum utilization of the space. The great room provides plenty of seating room and has two sliding glass doors that open to the screened in porch, all overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is fully appointed with appliances and has a breakfast bar with seating for three. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the second floor of the house. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor in its own private apartment, complete with kitchen and living room.
