The dining room seats 6 and the screened porch just off the dining room has seating for 4 with ceiling fans. The Queen guest bedroom is nicely decorated, has a deck and shares a bath with the other twin guest bedroom. The twin guest bedroom can easily convert to a king. Below the home on the ground level is a private pool with solar cover, and a fantastic bar for entertaining guests. It features a flat screen tv to watch your favorite sporting events or maybe movie night. It has a commercial ice machine so you won't run out making your favorite frozen drinks.
