Realtor Spotlight: Andy Chevallier - My First Listing!

Hello everyone!

My name is Andy Chevallier and some of you may know me from working at Mango's Pool Bar this past summer. Let me tell you a little bit about me and today's topic, "My first listing".

Just recently, I received my real estate license and I started working with Keller Williams North Captiva Group alongside Bryan Brilhart.

I moved to South West Florida with my family in 2003 from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Back in March of 2018, I married the love of my life Bianca Maria Brilhart. A year later we introduced our precious little girl, Lucia Rosella Chevallier Boutell.

From 2015-2017, I had the opportunity to work for Quicken Loans as a mortgage banker where I got my first taste of the real estate industry. It is my passion to help people get into homes, so moving into the real estate business was a no brainer for me.  I'm now working full-time on North Captiva Island as a real estate sales associate with the North Captiva Group and I just got my first listing!

Now, we're not talking about just any ordinary listing, but a special home going under complete renovations from top to bottom. When this home is finished with the renovations it will be considered a brand new home with around 1800 sq. feet of total living space. Everything,  including the plumbing, electrical, hvac, insulation, roof, siding, windows & doors, floors, baths and kitchen will be brand new! This is not only a great opportunity for me to get started, but for a buyer that wants to customize their own style and finishes while the house is still in the construction stage.

Although I am now working on the listing arranging the marketing strategy and keeping a close eye of the progress, the listing won't go live on the MLS for a month. Meanwhile,  the exterior will get finished up except for paint and the interior walls will be framed out and ready for the sub contractors to get to work.  

During the construction process I will be updating pictures and continuously bring the listing information up to date as the progress takes place. Many of you may be wondering what the price for this new home will be? Well, we’re targeting $460,000 to $475,000 based on the time frame when a buyer secures this property. This home is not yet on the market and it being in the pre-completion phase makes this a great time to look at this property for purchase!
