September 2019 Real Estate Update

It’s been a busy month at North Captiva Island Club with a lot happening! 

We want to welcome Jenifer Gambill & Bill Parker who just purchased 150 Swallow Drive, now called the Tipsy Turtle in the North Captiva Island Club rental program.  This was an amazing purchase at $470,000 including docking membership, furnishings and a 6 passenger golf cart.  Jennifer and Bill plan to do some minor upgrades with a Jacuzzi on the ground floor and some additional landscaping.  The home is a real gem with all really nice interior finishes.  The property is available for rentals as of October 1st, 2019.  Click here to preview this lovely property.

We also want to welcome Tom White who just purchased 4501 Oro Pesos Lane named Serenity Now!  This amazing home is over 3000 square feet four story with amazing harbor & bay views, a lovely screened in pool and two living rooms.  Plenty of space to sprawl out in this 5 bedroom beauty!.  Tom got an amazing price at $680,000 fully furnished with a 4 passenger golf cart. 

Both of these transactions closed in September and were Listed & Sold by Broker Associate Bryan Brilhart with Keller Williams.

Last Month in August, the Island Queen located at 4560 Escondido Lane sold for $860,000 to Joe Morgante and family.  The home produced over 100k in 2019 and is currently on the rental market for the 2019 and 2020 season with North Captiva Island Club.  This transaction both listing and sale was handled by Bryan Brilhart as well.  The home was previously owned by Cora Ogle, a longtime owner who had the home built by Danny Davenport back in 1996.
